Prepaid Support Blocks

The support blocks are sold in 5 hour increments and have no expiration. This includes support for servers and workstations. Each request for on-site support has a minimum of one hour and remote support has a minimum of thirty minutes. They will be billed rounded to the next full hour or thirty minute increment.

Monthly Packages

Basic………………………………….$400

This package contains two preventative maintenance checks per month for one server. Each additional server is an additional $20. It also contains a 5 Hour Block of support that is valid for thirty days.

Plus……………………………………$650

This package contains weekly preventative maintenance checks per month for up to 5 servers. Each additional server is an additional $20. It also contains a 10 Hour Block of support that is valid for thirty days.

Enhanced……………………………$900

This package contains complete server monitoring for up to 5 servers. This includes 24/7 critical notification and 8 AM to 6PM warning notification. Each additional server is an additional $20. It also contains a 10 Hour Block of support that is valid for 30 days.

Hourly Pricing

All hourly services are $100. This includes server and workstation services performed without the purchase of a block or package. On-Site support is billed for each hour. Remote support is billed in thirty minute increments.

Monitoring Package

This package provides complete server monitoring at a rate of $50 a month per server. This includes 24/7 critical notification and 8AM to 6PM warning notification. Services required upon notification will be paid for in thirty minute increments for remote service and hour increments for on-site service at the rate of $100 per hour or the time is deducted from blocks that have been purchased.

Monitoring includes hard drive space, event notifications, and external services.

We primarly focus on helping our customers setup the servers at their own locations. However we do offer hosted web, email, or Virtual Server, and pricing depends on how custom the requirements may be.

*Support Blocks must be prepaid. Besides hourly pricing all package services begin upon receipt of first monthly payment.
